Completing the daily household chores along with an hour of gardening can burn around 400 calories. Exercising for an hour daily vigorously can help you get rid of around 700 calories. Vigorous exercise would include, running, skipping or swimming. You can avoid drinking aerated drinks by replacing them with water and limejuice. The increase of activity to burn calories and the lowering of calorie consumption are the two sides of the weight loss equation. It is important to even keep a note on what you are eating rather than keeping a check on how much you are eating. Sometimes eating less of the wrong kind of food can do more harm than eating more right kind of food.
